1.科研、教学及学术活动

长期从事岩溶地质环境演化、矿山环境污染过程与控制、水/土环境重金属污染与治理修复等方面的教学与研发工作。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金项目5项(含重大联合基金1项),以及贵州省重大科技成果转化、科技支撑、社会发展攻关、地勘基金项目等30余项。提出了岩溶地质背景土壤重金属污染分布格局的成土累积-持续分异成因理论,创建了历史遗留采选废渣重金属原位控制的生态修复与实用技术,构建了基于自然营力的岩溶区酸性矿山废水被动处理综合治理技术方法,为我国西南岩溶区域土壤与地下水污染绿色修复提供理论与技术支撑。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文290余篇(其中第一或通讯作者136篇,SCIEI论文140篇)。出版学术专著3部,参编团体标准2项。获美国发明专利2件,授权发明专利12项,软著1件。获绿色矿山突出贡献奖、省级科技进步奖和教学成果奖等6项。曾先后到日本、俄罗斯、意大利、芬兰、西班牙、瑞士等国的高校、科研院所开展学习、交流与合作研究。先后指导毕业的硕士、博士研究生90人(含留学生5人),指导学生获得中国国际互联网+”挑战杯等创新创业大赛获国家级金奖1个、银奖1个、铜奖5个,省级金奖(一等奖)9个。是国家相关部委和省级生态环境、科学技术、自然资源、农业农村等系统的科技咨询(评审)专家。

19968月~19996月:贵州工业大学资源与环境学院矿物学·岩石学·矿床学专业,获理学硕士学位。

19998月~20027月:中国科学院地球化学研究所环境地球化学国家重点实验室地球化学专业,获理学博士学位。

20028月~20043月:贵州工业大学资源与环境学院从事教学与科研工作,200212月晋升为副教授。

20043月~200411月:任贵州工业大学资源与环境工程学院副院长。

200411月~20137月:任贵州大学资源与环境工程学院副院长。其中:200611月至200711月在日本千叶大学访问学者;200712月晋升为教授;20089-20097月浙江大学环境与资源学院担任副院长(挂职)
